Hello Amazon Seller Performance Team:

We are sellers of XXX store.

Thank you for your responsible supervision of our seller account. We immediately carefully read the Selling policies and seller code of conduct links as soon as we received the performance notification email, we searched and analyzed the reasons for the warning notification, and collected relevant information based on historical records.

We are very sorry and we have to admit the following:

1. We did a “Purchase Percentage Off” to speed up inventory consumption and uploaded the Percentage Off code directly to the Facebook Group to promote sales.

2. We found a third-party service that provides product clearance services to speed up the consumption of inventory.

We deeply apologize for violating Amazon’s fair sales environment. We have made all violations and remedies available to you without reservation in our action plan.

A–The following behaviors violate Amazon’s principle of fair conduct:

1. We provided a Facebook group discount:

Reason: We created a “Purchase Percentage Off” in order to speed up the product inventory turnover that was not selling well. Although no order was placed, it was an order that you discounted externally, which violated the rules of acting fairly.

2. We use a third-party service to handle the excess inventory of clearance products. The third-party services claim to use Internet celebrity services to clear the goods.

B–The root cause of violation:

1. We just understand the basic policies related to Amazon, we have no serious and systematic training, and no defense mechanism or tracking mechanism.

2. We paid too much attention to the emphasis on the growth of sales and did not pay attention to understanding Amazon’s selling policies.

3. We did not have an effective internal management system to supervise the behavior of each employee to avoid violations.

C– In response to this violation, we have made detailed solutions to solve the problem as soon as possible:

1. We have removed the third party from WeChat.

2. On October 4th, our managers immediately held a meeting to discuss this issue as soon as we received this performance notification. He said that anyone who has added a third party must delete the third party as soon as possible, regardless of whether have contacted the third party to perform violation operations.

3. In addition, everyone who attended the meeting signed a document pledging not to contact any third parties.

4. We invite professionals with many years of work experience and familiarity with Amazon’s policies to provide everyone with urgent and targeted policy training to ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of Amazon’s policies;

5. We know that the following are violations of conduct:

1) Manipulating sales rank (such as by accepting non-authentic orders or orders that you have paid for, or refunded externally or orders that you discounted externally) or making claims about sales rank in product titles or descriptions

2) Attempting to increase the price of a product after an order is confirmed

3) Artificially inflating web traffic (using bots or paying for clicks, for example)

4)Attempting to influence search results by inflating search ranking through keyword manipulation or incentivizing customers’ searches to appear as organic behavior

5) Attempting to damage another seller, their listings or ratings

6)Allowing other people to act on your behalf in a way that violates Amazon’s policies or your agreement with Amazon

D– In the future, we will do the following to prevent such violations from occurring in the future:

1. For Amazon’s policies, we also develop training and test plans and arrange to learn Amazon’s policies every 1-2 weeks,, including familiar policies and newly released policies, and set up training questions and answers to ensure that all employees understand Amazon’s relevant policies.

2. We promise that we will never contact third parties in any way, such as WeChat, QQ, Google, Facebook, etc.

3. We will supervise employee activities for the Amazon store. Employees are not allowed to perform any violation operations. If any violation is discovered, employees will be subject to severe fines, demotion, or even fired.

We have totally realized that we made a big mistake. Hope you could give us one more chance. We would appreciate it if you could reactivate our account.
