Dear Amazon seller support,

Thank you for your concern of our account.

We received a warning on 05/05/2022, due to: Changing the product’s detail page to become fundamentally different from the original product listed.

We immediately check the listings.

First of all, as the items of Amazon seller performance stated, we changed the product’s detail page to become fundamentally different from the original product listed, to this point we acknowledge it

is our fault. Due to our negligence, we sincerely apologize and summarize the main reasons for two reasons:

1. Chaotic management mode. Since we are a newly established team, the tacit understanding between employees is insufficient, resulting in some confusion and wrong instructions when handing over materials, resulting in changing the details of the product.

2. We are very sorry about our ignorance, we are new to Amazon

selling, we are lacking the awareness of rules and policies when selling on the platform.

We had removed the listings and promise we won’t sell it again on Amazon.

If you can give us a chance,we will do as follows:

1. First of all, we will carefully read and understand Amazon’s detailed sales rules and the range of products sold.

2.We will strengthen the management and training of employees to ensure that each employee is familiar with Amazon’s selling policies. Improve the work ability of employees, and conduct multiple information confirmations before the products are launch.

3. We will carefully verify the product information and make sure that the product information is correct before we launch it and we will check whether the products we sell have products that do not meet Amazon’s requirements. Once found, they will be deleted immediately and will never be sold again.

4. For new products to be sold later, if there is any uncertain information, we will consult Amazon immediately and will not sell them blindly and arbitrarily.

Above is our response to the warning sent by Amazon. We hope Amazon will give us another chance to make a change. We will do our best to sell on Amazon in the future with the most serious attitude.
