We request to turn OFF Transparency Checks for below ASINs (add rows as needed).

我们申请按照以下表格关闭ASIN的Transparency 保护（可根据实际情况增加表格行数）

ASIN	Reason to turn off Transparency protection: 关闭保护原因： 必填，参考下文	Will turn on OPR again at a later date（Yes/No） 该ASIN是否会重启保护（是/否）	Expected date to turn on OPR（MM/DD/YY） 预计重启OPR日期（月/日/年）

 

关闭保护原因：

1, 没有假货困扰

2, 销量低

3, 产品停止售卖

4, 加入了其他项目(写明项目名称)

5, 成本太高

6, 忘记贴标（务必在上表中写明，重启保护与否与日期，如果不重启保护，请写明原因）

We request to turn OFF Transparency protection for the above respective ASINs. We understand to resume Transparency protection, the above ASINs will have to pass OPR again. We will confirm ASIN status with Transparency AM before stop labeling and shipping inventory with Transparency codes.

我们申请关闭该产品的Transparency的保护。我们理解要重启保护，以上ASIN需要再次通过OPR考核。我们会在与Transparency客户经理确认申请已生效（ASIN保护已关闭）之后停止应用Transparency Codes标签。
