当产品被判定为含有纽扣电池

先检查自己的链接是否带含有电池的误导性词(如buttery,electric等)

①即使你这个产品是需要电池的,在前提写文案的时候尽量规避掉这些词,等申诉后再加上也可以。

②如果你在文案上已经带有这些词(你产品本身不含电池的情况下),链接已经被冻结,先找客服询问产品文案中哪些词会被误判,然后通过模板上传更新删除这些词,如图下

这种即使状态显示完成情况下,链接文案还是不会显示过来,后续申诉成功后就会更改为你模板更新后的文案(这个是向亚马逊表明你已经更改过了,说明你这个产品是真的不带电池的一个动作)

以上操作完成后,进入合规性申诉入口进行申诉说明:

Dear Amazon,

The XXX products we sell only include, and the products do not contain any button batteries. All batteries are not included! Please refer to the attached images for product packaging and contents. Please approve our sale, thanks!

后面直接找到“管理支持问题”中这个asin的case(显示状态:等待亚马逊操作)进行申诉说明——成功

  1. 多次申诉的案例

在完成基本步骤之后的操作

  1. 先尝试了第一案例的文案直接申诉,被拒
  2. 重新编辑申诉文案,并且上传了更换后的文案(同事通过该文案已经申诉成功)

Dear Amazon,

ASIN: XXX does not contain any type of batteries or any accessories that have batteries and is not regulated by UL4200A and GCC.

This compliance information is a misdiagnosis, please allow our products to be back available for sale as soon as possible. It will cause a backlog of inventory and a huge loss to us.

催审核话术:

Dear Amazon,

We apologize for bothering you. Could you help review it as soon as possible?

This compliance information is a misdiagnosis, please allow our products to be back available for sale as soon as possible. Because this asin is a XXX product, it will cause a backlog of inventory and a huge loss to us.

We sincerely hope to restore our details page as soon as possible!

以上文案在后台账户状况-管理合规性-提出申诉中全部都被拒绝(同事在这个位置有成功案例,看审核那边情况来的)

3、①找到“管理支持问题”中这个asin的case(显示状态:等待亚马逊操作)进行申诉说明并且添加产品细节图和大货样图——被拒绝

②不断尝试申诉直至case已经关闭,重新开case也是一样,亚马逊那边一直未给到回复(有回复也只是叫我们等)基本几天申诉一次

原case关闭后即使在原case里发邮件也会生成新的case,

后续就一直开case,均是在等待中…….

③等了20多天后,重新在原来的case里申诉,case已经打开了,说了一大堆之前的文案(反复修改),40分钟后就申诉成功了

结论:有可能之前都是机器审核,所以被拒绝的很快,不断尝试就会触发新的审核人员,需要具体说明你产品的情况!
