申诉信内容比较简单，就说了我们的是一种什么样的玩具，我们产品都是合规的，认为是一次误判，列举了几个市面上同款asin，说为什么他们能卖我的不能卖都是一样的东西

这里儿童安全部门意思就是莫挨老子，找别人
申诉期间，只有点绩效进去的申诉提交回复的最快，其他的路径都至少要两天才回复
继续申诉得到回复要给个合规信，也没说是啥样

If you wish to reinstate your listing, we will need additional information. Kindly provide the Letter of Compliance for each ASIN provided with the below criteria:
– The letter of compliance is signed
– The letter is printed on the manufacturer’s letterhead
– The ASIN(s) on the letter match the one(s) in the case
– The UPC/EAN(s) in the letter of compliance match the ones in the case
– The name of the product in the letter of compliance matches the one in the case
– A statement of how the product is not subject to the recall is provided

后面得到回复，说我的型号后台和证书不匹配，cpc缺东西，实际上型号对不上，推荐年龄也都有写。要提供个宣誓书
还说了重点测试项目16 CFR 1501 (Small Parts Testing
我们的测试报告里有这一项，但是cpc和测试报告目录了没有，让美工直接修改一下
但是实际上他提供的这两个型号，根本不是我的，这里肯定是亚马逊搞错了文件，这两个型号应该是其他卖家申诉提交的资料
宣誓书就是为了证明测试报告里的和库存里的是同一型号的产品

– Include the ASINs, model number and name of the product you will like to reinstate
– Preferably SUBMITTED in PDF format.
Also, the CPC submitted is missing required information.

As a seller who has been selling on Amazon for 5 years, all our products are listed on the premise of Amazon compliance. We consistently follow Amazon’s regulations and policies.
When Amazon promulgates new regulations, we will spend a lot of time studying and researching Amazon’s new policies.
Amazon is really a good platform, as long as you follow the rules and put in the time, take the product seriously, and treat every customer with certification, you can get what you want.
I am a single mother. I need to raise three sons. Five years ago, my husband lost his life. He was a cop, he was really a good guy, he died for this country and I will love him forever. I’ve been selling some stuff on Amazon to earn money to support my three sons and parents.
I believe that Amazon is a fair platform, and after Amazon knows that my product is compliant, it will restore my asin and let me continue to sell on Amazon.
