食品安全申诉分享经验版本

首先申诉入口：2 个方向
第一个方向：
直接在后台的绩效页面入口去申诉， 具体思路在后面。写完申诉，会生成case，后续跟进这个 case 就可以。
第二个方向：
写完申诉信之后， 同步打电话给账户团队， 让协助调查。 （目的是监督那些吃干饭天天悠闲喝咖啡的审核团队做事） 其他的入口没太大必要， 因为他们一层管一层。 即便写了邮件过去也是石沉大海
申诉 内容
说明我们的产品是符合亚马逊规定，并附上政策截图和相关政策链接以及自身产品拆开后内部电池展示（各个角度展示电池是无法自由拆卸，固定在产品内部的图片）
很快就收到了官方的邮件，让我们在链接中修改相关产品信息并备注不销售独立锂电池及产品未配备独立锂电池
As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon
has implemented listing restrictions on standalone lithium batteries / product that includes
the standalone lithium batteries. If you claim that the ASIN is sold without any standalone
(cylindrical) lithium ion batteries, we request you to appeal by following the below:
1. Remove all claims marketing the product including the standalone lithium batteries and
2. Update the detail page, adding a clear statement that the product excludes the sale of
restricted Standalone lithium batteries. Include the following statement as the first bullet
point on DP page: “”””No Standalone lithium batteries are sold with the product””””
实际行动
- 图片 留一张主图
- 文案删掉， 留下要求你写的提示语：不销售独立锂电池及产品未配备独立锂电池（No Standalone lithium batteries are sold with the product）
- A+先删了，
注意处理之后， 要观察前台后台是否同步改过来了
然后把这些信息截图 以及 ASIN 链接发给原来 case 里面。
不需要什么 UL 之类的文件
然后就得到回复，通过了. （整个过程， 快则 3 天，慢则 1 周）因为账户
安全团队， 在同步监督， 会让进度快一点。如果超过一周， 就继续给账
户团队去打电话催促他们。
4. 等链接恢复了， 重新去完善产品的图片文案 A+这些， 注意， 尽量删
掉电池之类的字眼。避免再次被扫。 例如 20000mAh Battery。 把Battery 删掉。
下面是其他成功案例参考
先用库存加载工具删除了该链接的记录，再把原来的类目更改为其他配件用模板重新上传，其中文案和图片包含电池信息的都要删干净，且五点第一点注明””No Standalone lithium batteries are sold with the product””，最后再和客服确认系统信息是否更新，如果成功再附上产品六面图发邮件给到highrisk-electronicsafety@amazon.com
highrisk-electronicsafety@amazon.com，给这个邮箱发邮件，说明我们的产品是符合亚马逊规定，并附上政策截图和相关政策链接，以及自身产品拆开后内部电池展示（各个角度展示电池是无法自由拆卸，固定在产品内部的图片），在不到三个小时就收到了官方的邮件，让我们在链接中修改相关产品信息并备注不销售独立锂电池及产品未配备独立锂电池，你的截图以及证明你的电池不属于禁售，类型属于不可拆卸的，截图截你自己的申明，最好是在五点的第一点，第一点我这边基本是反馈能通过的，不需要什么UL之类的东西，只要你有产品图片就行，不是产品安全问题，是产品分类问题，分类到受限品了，机扫的，应该是有文案或者图片触发了，所以检查一下有没有裸露的18650跟21700，还有一些文字说明跟图片就能避免被扫。
