We received an email notification that our product was removed for violating our listing policy. We have taken some steps and hope that Amazon will give us permission to sell it again.
What is the root cause of the problem?
We believe that the most likely reason is that there are sensitive words in the product‘s description, which lead to the product being misjudged as a supplement, consumer product or topical product that contains a prohibited disease statement.
When our link was banned and determined to be a supplement, consumer product, or topical product that contained a prohibited disease claim, we did the following:
1. We immediately confirmed that our products comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Amazon policies. We carefully read the reference materials sent by Amazon customer service and found that the product is not contraband.
2. We checked all the products in our store within 48 hours after receiving the Amazon reminder, whether the applicable laws and regulations and Amazon policies, and stopped selling the product.
3. We checked all the copywriting and product images of the product to confirm whether there are sensitive words that caused the Amazon team to misjudge, and made corrections.
4. We contacted the supplier, checked the usage of the product again, and confirmed that the product is a sports nutrition pre-workout powder containing citrulline.
5. We confirmed that there are similar products that are normally sold on the Amazon. The main difference between our products and the items on the platform is in appearance and composition.

How can we improve next?
1. We can provide the appearance picture and English description of the product. The following attachments are evidence documents that can prove my account does not violate Amazon’s restricted product policy.
2. We will continue to pay attention to the product’s description wholeheartedly to make sure no sensitive words will appear in it again.
After a supplement, consumer product, or topical product was determined to contain a prohibited disease claim, we attempted to use the template to delete and update the copy, but failed. I hope the Amazon performance team can restore our link. We will revise the product copy as soon as possible to delete the sensitive words involved.
What steps will we take to avoid problems in the future?
1. Have a comprehensive understanding of the rules of the Amazon platform, understand the prohibited items on the Amazon platform, and do not violate any Amazon policies. Never sell products that violate or may violate laws, regulations, and Amazon policies.
2. Before listing the products, we will check the prohibited items through the help page, and promptly contact the enthusiastic, professional and efficient Amazon related teams to understand the latest policies and relevant certifications required for listing the products, so as to avoid repeating the same mistakes.
3. In the future product selection, select high-quality product suppliers, strictly control product quality, and provide Amazon buyers with safer, better-quality products and better services.
